Shipping:

Shipping Costs are ultimately determined by the weight of the parcel & the desired destination shipped to. Our standardized costs on our website are based on the total price of goods ordered. For Example: $20 to $75.00 add $8.25, $75.01 to $100.00 add $11.00, $101.01 to $250.00 add $14.00, $251.00 and UP add $16.50. PLEASE NOTE: Some charges may increase when shipping heavier items or to remote areas.

Please report damages as soon as possible through phone or email. If you would like to us to ship with an urgent status please notify us by phone or email after placing the order.

Terms of Payment
Payment may accompany your order in the form of a personal cheque or money order. Payment may also be made by VISA or MasterCard. We will accept C.O.D. orders under a value of $500.00 however there is a $8.00 C.O.D. fee. First orders will be sent "cash only". Our minimum order total is $20.00. A $4.00 service charge will be applied to orders under that amount.

Pricing Policy
Every effort will be made to hold prices, but due to inflation and the fluctuating dollar, we reserve the right to revise prices on certain items when necessary. We take the right to occasionally substitute out-of-stock or discontinued items of comparable quality.

When Ordering By Mail
Please print your name, address and telephone number clearly on your order form and be sure to order by stock number and complete all necessary information. Additional order forms are included with all shipments.

Open Account
Open Account is available only to schools and Boards of Education, Federal and local governments and customers with approved credit.

Warranty
There is a two year warranty on all quartz clock movements (with proof of purchase) which is limited to repair or replacement of defective material. All units must be tested by Kidder before being replaced.

Returns
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Returned merchandise must be carefully packaged in appropriate container, adequately insured and accompanied by a letter providing your name and address and details of the returned items. All returns must be authorized by the vendor. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returns unless damaged or shipped in error.

Kidder Manufacturing Company Ltd. shall not be liable for any injury or damage, direct or consequential relating to the misuse or inability to use our products or machines. Users assume the risk and liability while using and/or testing our products or machines.
