Try your hand at designing and building a model house frame! In this bulk pack up to 10 students (or 10 groups) can build a 1-story house based on the drawings supplied. The assembled house measures 15 x 25 in.

Kit includes balsa wood beams (1/8 x 3/8 in.), DesignGrid™ paper, glue, and pins. Also comes with detailed instructions and drawings.
